Our minced meat recipe has a history behind it. It goes way back to the 1970s and the cult restaurant “Shampionce”. Although that restaurant is not there any more, the locals know that a whole neighborhood in Skopje has that name, the same neighborhood the restaurant was a central part of.
We are proud to say that we use only high quality beef meat for our minced specialties. The “kebapcinja” and burger patties such as “The Sharska” or “The Bohemian Rhapsody” are made exclusively using that recipe.
The burgers (you drool over) have two variations: The Original is made with the classic patty – which is common in the Balkans, and it’s called “pleskavica”. It’s a blend of beef meat, onions, herbs and spices and other secrets which include no additives of any kind what-so-ever. The new New York-er patty is more of a burger patty you would expect when you order a burger in the USA or any other country in the Western World. It’s 100% beef and nothing else. We got to say – it’s a game-changer, so make sure you give it a try.

It’s unfair to say the least, to focus only on our burgers and kinda brag about them without mentioning the other specialties on the menu.

The BBQ we got going is the thing we recommend when you have a more laid back get-together. Mouthwatering BBQ ribs and pulled pork are a must! Chicken wings with couple of brews with yor friends while watching the game? We got you!
Although we are a famous for our meat cooking, if you are a vegetarian we got little something for you too. The “Lazen Cepelin” burger is something you don’t want to miss!
